Telephone support allows you at any moment of the day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00, to call one of our professional beekeepers who will reply, if not immediately, under 2 hours to your call. All the questions which you want to ask about looking after a hive, capturing a swarm, swarming, what material to use...will be answered! More personalised than the internet and more suited to your question of the moment.

During a capital of ten times 10 miunutes, you will have access to personalised advice from a beekeeper from our company. You may ask him all the questions you want to ask about your hive, your swarm, the care needed... This advice will prevent you from making errors, and will certainly save you precious time. Beekeeping is an inexact science, which only experience can teach.
