Our partners
Our partners, private or public are essential to our project: breeders from France and Europe to increase swarms, researchers on the health of bees, businesses and local governments that receive our hives, partners for beekeeping material and floral food...
BREEDERS
| RESEARCHERS
| Rafael Cerda (Spain) Apiterra has placed a certain number of hives in Spain, looked after by Rafael Cerda, so the bees can be raised in sunny conditions.
Rafael Cerda started beekeeping in 1972 and has now 3500 hives in virtually the whole of Spain.
|
He operates mainly Dadant hives and is part of the cooperative, France Miel.
He uses black Iberian bees due to their honey production, but he also uses Brother Adam and Italian bees for Apiterra.
| Batsis (Greece)
| |
Batsis is one of the best breeders of queens in Europe. His location in North-West Greece positions him in a place where genetic pollution of his breed is void. He has worked since 1985 on the breeds Brother Adam, Italian or Caucasian.
